    Sowing Introspective Seeds.

    Counselling designed to support healthy, whole-human growth. Sometimes we move through our days driven by fear, anxiousness, or shame. At times, we rely on strategies that prevent us from living in alignment with how we aspire to live. Developing greater self-awareness can help us develop insight into the ways we can break from unhelpful, habitual ways of being.

    The self-awareness process can be framed using the Enneagram. The Enneagram is a Wisdom Tradition that offers meaningful insights into the ways our personalities shape how we both interpret and respond to the world.

  • HOLISTIC SOUL-CARE

    Nurturing the Whole.

    Tending to the wounds of human-ing (grief, loss, trauma) in ways that nurture all parts of what makes us human. Identifying and integrating whole-human methods of care.

    Holistic soul-care consists of nurturing body, mind, and spirit. Once we gain more conscious awareness of why we operate in the world in particular ways, we can become better attuned with the unique strategies that can nurture all of who we are.

    The path to living with integrated breath consists of developing greater self-awareness, nurturing all aspects of who we are, and aspiring to invest our sacred breath by living a life rooted in connection, compassion, and creativity.
